The ExPCS MSA Grading Is another great feature set That allows abattoirs to grade the beef within the same system it does not need to use a third party system part of the concept of one system does it all. Existco has licenced the MSA algorithm from Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) And it is now part of our feature set.
It allows the site to easily use the kill data plus additional grading data to grade the animal generate all the reports and upload it to the MLA website.
The ExPCS Batch & Service Boning Allows an abattoir to create Service boning for a 3rd party customer with batching and creates segregation and specific reporting to the 3rd party customer detailing all the carcasses and the cartons that ended in it with accurate batching and yielding.
