The ExPCS Purchase Orders Feature allows creation of purchase orders based on live current inventory, production planning, minimum maximum stock requirement, supplier minimum order quantities, pack sizes, with item specific notes and operator receiving notes.
Purchase order can start as a purchase order requisition with an approval process, followed by emailing and printing the purchase order to submit to the supplier, for fulfilment with tracking its progress.
The ExPCS Live Inventory Feature set is embedded everywhere within its operation.
The triple dimension inventory unique feature set of every inventory movement has quantity, weight and serial number in the transaction. This is the only way to achieve to true traceability in the manufacturing environment and the way the ExPCS does that is unique.
All transactions within the system are live, there are no delays or batching, it starts from purchase order goods receive, consumption to production either by production builds, batching and yielding, recipe management, order picking, stock takes, stock transfer, stock storage in 3rd party storage.
The ExPCS Stocktaking Feature is very powerful with the ability to use mobile computers with barcode scanners in a batch wireless mode and on multiple concurrent devices, with multi location capabilities. That means that the same product is stored at different locations at different quantities.
We also have the ability to import Excel sheet with pallets information stored at 3rd party logistics, as well as perform stock take outside the premises at external storage location.
